AlphaLens runs structured research frameworks against public market data and AI models. Learn and the /tools/ calculators are free educational pages. Paid plans and the 7-day trial are sold through Gumroad. Plan names and prices are as listed on the homepage at the time of purchase — currently Monthly $39/mo, Annual $299/yr, and Pro $99/mo.
The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card — you get a trial code and use it to access the app, with no charge unless you separately choose to purchase a plan afterward. Lifetime means lifetime access to AlphaLens on norrisai.us, including frameworks added to the product later — unless we discontinue the service entirely. We don't promise the company or the product will exist forever.
Output is generated by software. It can omit filings, misread numbers, or go stale. Live-data claims mean we retrieve available public data at run time — they do not mean the writeup is complete or correct. Check primary sources (SEC filings, company releases) before acting on anything you read here.
Allowed: personal investment research, education.
Not allowed: scraping the app to resell reports, sharing one access code as a public drop, attacking the server, using the service to generate spam, impersonating NorrisAI, or feeding the product into another commercial service as if it were your own without permission.
We can suspend an access code for abuse or nonpayment.
Your access code is personal to you as the purchaser. Don't publish it. If it leaks, email us — we may rotate it. We're not responsible for someone else using a code you posted publicly.
Payments are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad's checkout terms apply to the payment contract itself. We'll reasonably help with access issues. For refunds, follow Gumroad's refund policy for the specific product you purchased — where the Gumroad listing states different or more specific terms, the listing controls.
Free tools at /tools/ can change or come down at any time. They produce estimates from the numbers you type in — nothing more. If you generate a share URL and post it, your numbers are public in that link.
Site copy, framework names, prompts, and branding belong to Jim Norris / NorrisAI. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. You may embed the /tools/ calculators using the provided iframe. You may not copy the framework prompts or resell the reports.
The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular trading strategy. Tennessee consumers keep any non-waivable statutory rights.
To the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law, NorrisAI and Jim Norris are not liable for trading losses, missed gains, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or reliance on AI output. If a court won't allow a full waiver, liability is limited to the amount you paid NorrisAI in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
If you misuse the service, or republish its output as personalized advice to someone else, you're responsible for claims that arise from that.
We can stop offering the product. If AlphaLens shuts down, we'll attempt to email purchasers at the address on file with Gumroad. Lifetime access doesn't obligate us to operate at a loss forever. Unused prepaid time is the purchaser's risk, except where Gumroad or law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes are handled in Tennessee courts.
We'll update the "Last updated" date above when these terms change. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
